Compass is an optional AI-assisted navigation and reflection layer. It is not an oracle, a therapist, an authority, a fortune teller, or a decision-maker — and it never claims to know your life better than you do.
Compass also does not calculate the astrology. The Horizon keeps deterministic astronomical and astrological calculation separate from AI-assisted interpretation and reflection.

The Horizon, plainly explained
- What is The Horizon?
- The Horizon is a navigation and reflection practice built around astrology. It connects three things: the chart you were born with, the sky moving overhead now, and the life you are actually living. Instead of handing you a fixed description, it gives you a map you return to, test against experience, and annotate over time.
- How is The Horizon different from a horoscope app?
- Many horoscope apps center around daily interpretations. The Horizon does not predict outcomes or tell you what will happen. It shows where in life a cycle is unfolding, offers possible meanings, and asks you to record what actually happened. Your lived evidence — not the app — decides what an interpretation is worth. Many astrology tools lead with the zodiac sign (Aries, Taurus, Gemini, and so on) and then explain where that placement is showing up in your life. The Horizon reverses the lens: it leads with where in your life something is unfolding, then explores how the astrology may be expressing itself there.
- What is a natal chart?
- A natal chart is a diagram of the positions of the Sun, Moon and planets, as seen from the place and moment you were born. It is calculated astronomically, so the same birth data always produces the same chart. In The Horizon it is the base map, not a personality verdict.
